We are introducing ourselves as a leading manufacturer of a comprehensive range of wires & cables, Wire harness assemblies, Cable assemblies and 2-Pin/3-Pin main cords, etc. under the brand " Everest ". Our unit situated at Kh. No. 85/113, Village Nathupur Road, Rai Block, G. T. Karnal Road, Distt. Sonepat (Haryana)-131001,just 4kms. above Delhi Narela Border, is spread over an area of 87000 Sq. ft. having excellent infrastructure consisting of latest state-of-the-art cable manufacturing plant with deep backward integrated plants viz. automatic copper wire drawing plant, inline annealing plant, tinning plant, PVC compounding plant, etc. and a well established IS & UL approved test laboratory. Besides, in the same premises, we have a complete wire harness/cable assembling and 2-pin/3-pin moulded cords,etc. manufacturing unit with all necessary machinery and a complete tool room.We already have necessary BIS Certification Marks as well as UL Approvals. We are already accredited with ISO-9001:2000 and our works is fully compliant to ISO-14001 for which Accredition is awaited shortly.We give topmost priority to QUALITY and our wires and cables can be compared to the best of the best available and wherever we have supplied our products, we are considered an asset to their organization. Our clientele includes OEMs in the country as well as abroad.It is equipped with latest and modern plant & machinery as well as best test laboratory to meet all ISI requirements and other National / International specifications. It also has its own in-house PVC compounding, copper drawing (from rod 8mm to 0. 1mm including tinning machines) & tool room plant. Power load sanctioned 350 KW with a standby caterpillar generator of 320Kva, 180 Kva & 45 Kva capacities to avoid frequent power breakdown. In order to meet its quality commitment only best raw materials are sourced from viz. Copper from Hindalco (Unit of Birla Copper) . PVC Resin from Shriram, DOP from API, Calcium from HICALS, LDPE, and PP from IPCL, etc. And our records are best proof of it.
